1Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across serein.trade: the home page, signing in, your profile, your subscription, your settings and every legal page.

2What we have done

• Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing and by keyboard.
• Text meets WCAG AA contrast against its background, and pages work with browser zoom and at phone widths.
• Pages declare their language, form fields have labels, controls can be reached and used with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
• The moving pictures on the home and sign-in pages can be paused with the Pause animations button, and the film has its own play and pause control.
• Images carry text descriptions, and the film is described for screen readers.

3Known limits

• The Serein terminal is a dense, real-time charting application. Its charts, heatmap, 3D surfaces and depth ladder are visual by nature and are not fully usable with a screen reader.
• Checkout and the billing portal are Stripe's pages. Stripe publishes its own accessibility information.

If any part of the site is hard for you to use, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We will reply within five business days, and we can help you by email with anything account-related — signing up, your profile, starting or cancelling a subscription — in the meantime.
