1Trading risk

Trading futures, options and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk. Leverage works in both directions: a small move against a position can cost more than the money committed to it, and losses can exceed your account balance. Markets gap, halt and move on news at any hour. Liquidity can disappear exactly when you need it.

Nothing Serein shows reduces that risk. A level drawn on a chart is a place in the market's structure, not a promise about what price will do there. See Terms §6 and §24.

2Not investment advice

Serein is an information and analytics tool. Nothing in the terminal, on this website, or in any email from us is investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.

Serein is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, investment adviser or financial institution, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA or any equivalent body. It does not route orders, hold funds, manage accounts or execute trades. Every decision you make is yours. See Terms §5.

3What the data covers

Market data comes from third-party providers and the exchanges whose markets they cover. It can be delayed, incomplete, revised or wrong, and none of it is an official exchange record.

The tape is not the whole market. Every figure built from individual trades — footprint, cumulative delta, absorption, sweeps, big prints — is computed from the trades our feed actually delivers, which over full sessions has measured roughly 60–95% of the volume the exchange reports, and as little as about 30% in some hours. The terminal shows that share on screen, next to the panels it affects, so you can see how much of the market any given reading is based on.

Option-derived figures — dealer gamma, the walls, the flip, the expected move — are computed from option quotes and open interest and rest on standard assumptions about who is on the other side of a trade. They are estimates of market structure, not observed facts. Open interest is published once a day and is stale intraday. When the option market is closed, the terminal says so rather than presenting held values as current. See Terms §7.

Order counts on the heat map's bubbles count market orders, buy and sell. An order is all the fills that share one exchange timestamp, so two orders on the same side in the same millisecond count as one, and only the trades our feed delivers are counted. The counts are estimates of how many orders there were, not an exchange record of them.

Drawings on TradingView made by the Serein for TradingView extension — the terminal's levels, its heat map, book, bubbles and tape — are refreshed every few seconds. TradingView may show a different data source, contract or session from ours, so a line can sit at a slightly different place relative to its candles than in the terminal. TradingView does not make, check or endorse them. See Terms §36.

4Charts on this website

The moving chart on the home page and the sign-in page replays real NQ price candles (15-minute bars) that Serein recorded from 21 to 23 September 2026, sped up so the whole stretch plays in about ten seconds. It is not live.

The option levels drawn on it use hindsight. Each trading day's walls and levels are that expiry's final values, as the terminal held them shortly before the expiry settled, and they are drawn across the whole session, so they include information that was not available at every moment shown. We chose these sessions to show what the terminal looks like. They are not a record of results, the levels are not predictions, and nothing about them shows that any level “works”.

The film at the top of the home page is built from the same recordings and from screenshots of the terminal, and the other screenshots on the site are captures of the terminal from past moments in September 2026. None of it is live market data.

The moving tiles in the home page's features section replay the NQ cash open of 22 September 2026 from Serein's recording of that session — its one-minute candles and footprints, the order book and trades behind the heat map and the depth ladder, the dealer gamma surface, and the Market Profile built from the session's bars — drawn the way the terminal draws them. All of them are sped up except the depth ladder, which plays at real speed. The option levels on the chart tile are the ones the terminal held minute by minute at the time, not final values. That morning was chosen to show what the terminal looks like: it is not a record of results, and nothing in it shows that any level “works”.

5No performance claims

Serein makes no claim, promise or guarantee about profit, income, returns, accuracy or outcomes, and none should be inferred from anything on this site. No past performance is presented, and past performance would not indicate future results in any case. We do not publish hypothetical or simulated trading results. Any figure you see describing the market is a measurement of the market, not a result you can expect to obtain.

6Affiliates and paid promotion

Serein runs an affiliate program. Approved affiliates receive a commission of 15% of what a customer they referred actually pays, after payment processing fees and taxes, for as long as that customer keeps paying, and their own subscription is free while they are an affiliate. Serein also runs a referral program open to any subscriber: referrers receive the same 15% commission, but only on payments made while they subscribe themselves, and get no free access. A link or code from an affiliate or a referrer means that person is paid when you subscribe.

That means someone recommending Serein to you may be paid if you subscribe. Affiliates are independent people, not employees or agents of Serein; they do not speak for us, and anything they say about the product is theirs, not ours. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with us wherever they promote Serein, and must not make performance or income claims. See Terms §13.

Reviews, giveaways and the Discord community. We never pay for or reward reviews, and nothing we offer depends on writing one. Giveaways are free to enter: no purchase or subscription is needed, and paying does not improve your chances (Terms §38). What members say in the Serein Discord is their own opinion, not ours, and not advice, and we do not check members' claims or results (Terms §37).

7Billing, trial and refunds

Serein is a monthly subscription at the price shown before you check out, billed automatically each month until you cancel. The free trial requires a payment method, which we check with a small temporary hold that is released right away and never charged; cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. While your subscription stays active, its price does not go up. A discount code lowers the price only for the period it states, after which the regular price applies. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time.

You can cancel online at any time: Subscription → Cancel subscription, the billing portal, or the Billing tab in the terminal. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have paid for. See Terms §9, §10 and §12.

8Availability

Serein is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. It can be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, data-feed failures or reasons outside our control, including during market hours and at the worst possible moment. Do not rely on it as the only source of information behind a position, and keep another way to see the market and to manage risk. See Terms §19 and §21.
