4Services we rely on

These companies process data on our behalf to run the service. What each one receives is set out in Privacy §6.

  • Convex — accounts, subscriptions state and application data.
  • Stripe — payments, subscriptions and the billing portal. Serein never sees or stores your card number.
  • Resend — sign-in emails, subscription and account notices, and price alerts.
  • Cloudflare — the network in front of serein.trade.
  • Google (Gmail) — our support mailbox.

5Market data

Prices, trades, book depth and option quotes shown in the terminal come from third-party market data providers and the exchanges whose markets they cover, and remain their property. You may look at them in the terminal; you may not redistribute, resell, republish or feed them into another service, as set out in the Terms. Nothing here is an official exchange record. What the terminal receives is not always the whole market, and the terminal states the share of exchange volume its tape actually carried — see Disclosures §3.
